For Customers

  1. Upon receiving your inquiry, we create an offer based on your specifications.

  3. After you approve our offer, we scout suitable employees and present them to you for selection.

Employee suggestions before approval are unfortunately not possible.

You will generally receive personnel suggestions only AFTER you have approved our offer.

As our experience shows, both the number and the requirements for the staff often change during the planning phase, so we send out the personnel suggestions approximately 4 to 2 weeks before the start of your event. Prior to this, it is often difficult for our employees to accurately estimate their availability.

We have a large pool of highly motivated and qualified staff throughout Germany who are eager to work at your event. Since our staff also have private commitments outside of the planned deployments and often earn their living alongside their studies with this type of work, we can only schedule them for your event after a preliminary inquiry and in close coordination. Since we receive numerous inquiries daily that often do not lead to a commission, we can only send availability inquiries to our staff after you have confirmed our offer for cooperation in writing.

We must inform you that we are not allowed to perform legal counseling and this is merely an overview of the general legal situation. We will gladly advise you on your individual case personally or involve a specialist attorney for labor law if necessary.

Under a service contract, due to legal regulations, it is mandatory to book a chief host or a team leader. This person acts as a contact to receive your instructions and pass them on to the rest of the team. You as the client are NOT DIRECTLY AUTHORIZED to give instructions to our employees under a service contract.

In the case of temporary employment, however, you are authorized to give instructions to all employees and can issue work directives directly without the intermediary of a team leader. For this, a more extensive contractual agreement with your original signature is necessary, which due to postal times requires a bit more lead time.

We still recommend hiring a team leader for at least 5 people to assist you with coordination on site.

We understand how critical the presence of each employee is for the success of an event. In the rare case that an employee unexpectedly cannot appear, we do everything we can to provide a replacement immediately. Our database and network of dedicated employees allow us to respond quickly to such situations. Your satisfaction and the smooth operation of your event are of utmost importance to us.

For Employees

Your information is transferred directly from the form into our booking system. Once the data is received, our team reviews everything and will contact you if there are any questions or to schedule an appointment.

Your data will not be shared with third parties! We use it only to submit job suggestions as long as you want.

After reviewing your data, one of our recruiters will contact you to schedule a meeting. We want to get to know you better to better assess which opportunities suit you. And of course, you can ask us questions too.

Of course. Just inform us that you no longer wish to receive job suggestions and we will remove your data from our system.

At trade fairs and events, there is a wide range of activities. We only suggest jobs that match your preferences. The more detailed you fill out our registration form, the more accurate our suggestions will be.

A more detailed briefing on the specific tasks is prepared for each deployment individually.

Yes and no. There are deployments where continuous availability is necessary. Often, however, a day-by-day deployment is possible. More details will also be provided in the briefing for each event.

Unfortunately, we cannot consider minors in the event sector. You must be at least 18 years old.
