Do I need experience?
Not necessarily! For many projects, we provide training. What matters more is motivation, friendly demeanor, and reliability. Experience is of course a plus.
How do I get paid?
Compensation varies depending on the project and qualifications. Payment is made promptly after each project – no long waiting times.
How flexible are the assignments?
Very flexible! You indicate when you're available. We suggest suitable jobs – you decide whether to accept.
What about insurance?
You're insured through us on all assignments. For AÜG jobs, you receive a regular employment contract with all social benefits.
Do I always have to travel?
No, there are jobs in your region and nationwide assignments. You decide how willing you are to travel. Travel costs are reimbursed.
How quickly will I get a job?
That depends on your profile and current demand. The more complete your profile, the faster we can place you.
