Messe München Riem — LEED-certified Complex
Messe München in the Riem district was built from scratch in 1998 and is one of the most modern, resource-efficient exhibition grounds worldwide. Approximately 200,000 m² of hall space is distributed across nineteen parallel halls, supplemented by the ICM Internationales Congress Center München and the Conference Center North. Characteristic features include transparent connecting walkways and daylight intake through skylights — a deliberate contrast to the enclosed hall boxes of other trade fair venues. The grounds are LEED certified and serve as a benchmark for sustainable trade fair architecture. For personnel this means short, clear pathways and a pleasant interior climate across long fair days.
MUC Airport, U-Bahn Direct, Central ICE Stop
Munich Airport can be reached via the S2 and S8 suburban rail lines as well as the Lufthansa Express Bus — with travel times between forty and sixty minutes depending on connection. Significantly faster is the U2 underground line, which stops directly beneath the exhibition grounds at two stations (Messestadt West and Messestadt Ost) and offers a fifteen-minute ride to the central station. Hotel clusters exist around Marienplatz, in the main station district, Schwabing, and in immediate proximity to the fair in Riem/Trudering. We recruit personnel from the entire Greater Munich area as well as from Augsburg, Ingolstadt, Rosenheim, and Landshut — all within one hour of commuting distance.

Few cities worldwide concentrate so many corporate headquarters in such close proximity: BMW, Siemens, Allianz, MunichRe, MAN, KUKA, along with the German headquarters of Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and Apple all reside in Munich.
