In our experience, both the number and the requirements of the staff often change during the planning phase, so we send the staff proposals approx. 4 to 2 weeks before the start of your event. Before that, it is often difficult for our employees to estimate their own availability with certainty.

We have a large pool of highly motivated and qualified employees throughout Germany who are happy to work at your event. However, as our employees also have private commitments outside of the planned assignments and often earn their living with assignments of this kind alongside their studies, we can only schedule them for your event after prior request and in close coordination. As we receive a large number of inquiries every day, which often do not lead to an assignment, we can only send availability inquiries to our employees once you have confirmed our offer of cooperation in writing.

It is very important to us that our customers are satisfied. We therefore ask you to specify your technical requirements in advance. However, please note that the requirements should be assessed realistically. Our employees are often only deployed on a day-to-day basis for very varied requirements. If extensive knowledge in a specific area is required, we recommend that this training is provided by the customer in advance. Please also bear in mind that the visual appearance of an employee is not a valid criterion for rejection. We rely on competence and commitment – and hope that you value this just as much.

But regardless of their academic background, all of the people we place are personally qualified by our company. We understand how critical the presence of every employee is to the success of an event. In the rare event that an employee unexpectedly fails to show up, we do everything we can to find a replacement immediately. All of our employees are subject to social insurance contributions and are therefore automatically insured under the statutory accident insurance scheme. This means that they are covered in the event of an accident at work or work-related illness. Depending on the type of contract, they are also registered for health, long-term care, pension and unemployment insurance. In addition, we have comprehensive liability insurance to cover any damage that may occur during the course of their work. In the case of freelance employees or those who work on account, responsibility for their own insurance lies with the employee themselves. Regardless of the contractual relationship, we do everything we can to ensure that our employees are protected in the best possible way in every situation and are available to answer any questions about the insurance arrangements.

Your employment with us will be in accordance with the agreed working conditions, which are set out in the employment contract. Depending on the type of project and your individual availability, employment can take the form of a fixed-term contract, mini-job, contract on a working student basis or as part of short-term employment (so-called 70-day rule). Before starting work, we offer an information meeting in which all contractual details and general conditions are discussed. We attach great importance to transparency and clarity. Please note that we are not permitted to offer tax advice; this meeting is merely to provide general information on employment. Yes, under certain circumstances you can invoice us for the services you provide if you are self-employed or a freelancer. However, it is important to emphasize that there are strict conditions for this. Not every project or activity with us allows such invoicing. It is therefore essential that you have a valid trade license and meet the specific requirements for invoicing. If you are considering this option, we urge you to clarify this with us in advance so that we can discuss the framework conditions together. Please be aware that as a self-employed person, you are responsible for all tax matters yourself and we cannot provide tax advice. If you have any questions or uncertainties in this regard, you should consult a tax advisor or the relevant tax office.

Our remuneration depends on both the type of assignment and your experience. As a rule, the usual remuneration is between €16 and €20 per hour. However, depending on the specific role, requirements and your qualifications, this can also be higher. We will be happy to discuss the details in a personal meeting.

Nachdem die Daten eingegangen sind, sichtet unser Team alles und nimmt bei Rückfragen oder zur Terminvereinbarung Kontakt mit Dir auf. Sobald du in unsere Kartei aufgenommen bist, erhältst du Zugangsdaten zu deinem persönlichen Profil und kannst deinen Datensatz vervollständigen.

Nachdem du unser Formular vollständig ausgefüllt hast erhältst du umgehend eine Mail zur Bestätigung mit einem Link über den du dein Passwort festlegen kannst. Danach kannst du dich über unsere Login Seite in dein neues Profil anmelden. Hier hast du die Möglichkeit, dich auf die offenen Projekte zu bewerben.

Deine Bewerbung wird von unserem Projektteam gesichtet. Bei Fragen wird sich der zuständige Projektleiter bei dir melden. Ist es dein erster Einsatz oder liegt der letzte schon eine längere Zeit zurück, führen wir ein Vorgespräch. Du solltest dein Profil hierfür bereits vollständig ausfüllen, um deine Chancen auf einen Einsatz zu verbessern.

Ist dein Profil vollständig ausgefüllt und der Kunde entscheidet sich für dich, senden wir dir im nächsten Schritt einen Arbeitsvertrag. Sobald er von dir unterzeichnet wurde, wird deine Bewerbung als “Gebucht” angezeigt und wir rechnen fest mit dir für den geplanten Einsatz. Sollte dir etwas dazwischen kommen, kannst du bis einige Tage vor dem Projekt selbst den Job über dein Profil abbrechen. Sind nur noch wenige Tage bis zum Einsatz, erwarten wir von dir, dass du deine Verfügbarkeit persönlich mit unserem Projektleiter besprichst.

Da es leider immer wieder dazu kommt, das eingeplante Personen auch trotz unterzeichnetem Arbeitsvertrag nicht zu ihrem Einsatz erscheinen, haben wir eine letzte Bestätigung ab 72 Stunden vor Einsatzstart eingebaut. Wir senden dir automatisch einen Link, den du anklicken musst, um uns deine Einsatzbereitschaft letztmalig zu bestätigen. Bleibt die Rückmeldung auf diese Mail aus, behalten wir uns gemäß den Regularien im Arbeitsvertrag vor, den Vertrag zu kündigen.

Solltest du unangekündigt nicht zum Einsatz erscheinen oder wiederholt kurzfristig ohne angemessene Begründung absagen, sperren wir dein Profil für weitere Jobs dauerhaft.

Natürlich. In deinem Login kannst du alle deine Daten selbst verwalten – zum Beispiel auch den Empfang unserer Job-Mails ein- oder ausschalten.
Dort hast du außerdem die Möglichkeit, dein Profil eigenständig zu löschen. Ist eine vollständige Löschung aufgrund gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten (z. B. nach einem Einsatz) nicht sofort möglich, kannst du dein Profil alternativ archivieren.
Eine endgültige Löschung erfolgt dann automatisch nach Ablauf der gesetzlichen Fristen.

There is a very wide range of activities at trade fairs and events. We will only suggest suitable jobs that match your preferences. The more detailed you fill out our application form, the more accurate our suggestions will be.

We provide a more detailed briefing on the specific tasks for each assignment individually.

The frequency of your assignments depends on the available projects as well as your own availability. The more flexible you are, the more often we can offer you assignments. Nevertheless, we always try to find a balance between the requirements of our customers and your individual wishes.

Yes and no. There are assignments that require continuous availability. However, it is often possible to work on a daily basis. You can also find out more about this in the briefing for the respective event.

You will always find out the exact times and locations when you are interested in a specific project. We regularly communicate this information via various channels such as email or our WhatsApp group. In particularly urgent cases, we may call you directly. By the way: We are currently working on enhancements to our existing login area for employees to make the application process for projects even easier and clearer for you in the future.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept minors in the event area. You must be at least 18 years old.

Yes, we offer our employees various benefits. These include reimbursement of travel expenses as well as accommodation and meals for certain projects. In some cases, you can keep the teamwear after the project. And another bonus: If your assignment at an event is successfully completed ahead of schedule, in some cases you have the opportunity to use your ticket and attend the event yourself.

In this section, we have compiled the most frequently asked questions from our existing employees to make your day-to-day work easier and to clarify any ambiguities directly. Because transparent communication is important to us. However, if you have a question that is not listed here, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

We are constantly striving to improve your experience with us and make it as easy as possible for you to access new projects. One new feature we are currently working on is the ability to send you open projects directly as push notifications on your cell phone. This way you are always up-to-date and can react quickly! For this feature to work optimally, it is necessary to install our web app on your home screen. We will show you how to do this in the following steps:

Install web app on Android devices:
  1. Open the browser: Start your favorite web browser, e.g. Google Chrome.
  2. Visit the web app: Use your smartphone to visit the login page for the staff area.
  3. Open the browser menu: Tap on the three dots (⋮) in the top right-hand corner of the browser.
  4. Add to the home screen: Scroll down the menu and select the “Add to home screen” option.
  5. Set name: Give the web app a name or keep the suggested name.
  6. Confirm addition: Tap on “Add”.
  7. The web app should now appear as an icon on your home screen.
Install web app on iOS devices:
  1. Open Safari: The web app must be added via the Safari browser.
  2. Visit the web app: Use your smartphone to visit the login page for the staff area.
  3. Use the share symbol: Tap on the share icon, which looks like a square with an arrow pointing upwards.
  4. To the home screen: Scroll to the “Go to home screen” option in the bottom row of icons and tap it.
  5. Set name: Give the web app a name or keep the suggested name.
  6. Add: Tap “Add” at the top right.
  7. The web app is now displayed as an icon on your home screen.

The social security number (SV number) is an important identification feature in the context of social insurance. In many countries, it is assigned automatically when you first start working.

  1. First job: When you start your first job, your employer will register you with the relevant health insurance fund. They will then inform the relevant pension insurance provider, who will assign you a social security number.
  2. Health insurance fund: If you have already been employed in the past and were subject to social security contributions, you should have been assigned a social security number. In this case, you can contact your health insurance fund directly and ask for the number.
  3. Pension insurance provider: You can also ask the pension insurance provider directly for your social security number.

Your salary is usually paid out after 14 days or even earlier. This period is necessary in order to prepare all the necessary reports and statements correctly and carefully. Irrespective of this, we always endeavor to ensure that salaries are credited to our employees’ accounts by the 25th of the respective calendar month at the latest. It is important to emphasize that incomplete or incorrect data in the employee area can significantly prolong the payroll process. To ensure a smooth process and avoid delays, please make sure that all your data is up-to-date and complete.

It is best to enter directly in the login/app. Please also make short-term changes via WhatsApp group or telephone so that the Dispo and customer can plan promptly.

Yes, after consultation with the dispatcher. The replacement must be approved and meet the same requirements (briefing read, dress code, travel possible).

Call the dispatcher AND (if available) the team leader immediately. State the expected arrival time and reason so that we can reschedule if necessary.

In the login/app in your assignment. There you will find the meeting point, contact person, times, tasks, dress code and special instructions.

Yes, depending on the project (e.g. “All Black”, business casual, safety shoes). Details can be found in the briefing. Please have a well-groomed appearance and neutral clothing without large brand logos.

Only if expressly permitted in the briefing. Customer logos, backstage areas and sensitive information are taboo. If you are unsure, it is better not to post.

Proactive, friendly, solution-oriented. Do not resolve conflicts in front of guests – inform team management/dispatch, we will resolve it internally.

Check-in/check-out via login/app or with a signed timesheet (backup). Upload both promptly, otherwise invoicing will be delayed. Alternatively, for longer-term projects, the data can be recorded via a terminal on site or via a check-in carried out by the customer. You can find out more in the project details.

The rules on break times are specified in the project details. If you are unsure, ask your project manager. The statutory regulations always apply as a minimum: According to ArbZG: min. 30 min. from 6 hours, min. 45 min. from 9 hours Breaks are unpaid interruptions.

Only after approval by the scheduler/team leader. Add times accordingly; surcharges/extra hours depend on project regulations.

Project-dependent. The specific rates are in the briefing/contract and are automatically billed when the working hours are recorded.

Depends on the project. It is stated in the briefing (“Travel time remunerated/flat rate/unremunerated”). Please only invoice after approval.

Call the scheduler/team leader immediately and submit a medical certificate if necessary. The sooner we know, the easier it is to find a replacement.

Was heißt das für dich?

  • Bewerbungsprozess: Deine Bewerbung wird an unseren Kunden weitergeleitet. Mit dem Absenden erklärst du dich einverstanden, dass deine Kontaktdaten zur Gesprächsführung übermittelt werden.

  • Arbeitsvertrag: Sollte es zu einer Einstellung kommen, wird der Arbeitsvertrag direkt zwischen dir und dem Kunden geschlossen.

  • Rolle von höchstmass: Wir treten hier ausschließlich als Vermittler auf und sind nicht dein Vertragspartner.

Whether you want to know more about how we work, are looking for details on specific processes or simply need general information, you’ll find answers to the most common questions we’re asked here. Let us help you gain more clarity.

We must point out in advance that we are not permitted to provide legal advice and that this is merely an overview of the general legal situation. We will be happy to advise you personally in your individual case or, if necessary, consult a specialist lawyer for employment law.

Due to the legal framework, a head hostess or team leader must be booked as part of a service contract. This person acts as a contact person to receive your instructions and pass them on to the rest of the team. As the client, you are NOT DIRECTLY AUTHORIZED to give instructions to our employees within the framework of a service contract.

We have prepared an overview of what is possible in which case for you to download here.

In the context of temporary employment, on the other hand, you are authorized to issue instructions to all employees and can issue work instructions directly without going through a team leader. This requires a more extensive contract with your original signature, which in turn requires a little more lead time due to postal delivery times.

Nevertheless, we recommend hiring a team leader for at least 5 people to support you with coordination on site.

Of course, the tasks at an event or trade fair overlap. Many customers find it difficult to make a clear distinction. Nevertheless, we try to assign the employees to the appropriate functions according to their personal preferences in order to achieve the best result for you and the employee and to maintain the fun at work.

Host*ess: Welcoming customers and visitors to the stand and directing them to the right contact person or handing out information brochures and promotional items. A typical area of application is at an information counter, for example.

Chefhost*ess: If your trade fair team comprises more than 5 people and / or the event area is very complex, you should definitely book a head hostess. The head hostess will support you with break planning, monitoring the team, handing out clothes, filling up brochures, time recording and much more.

Promoter: Would you like your booked employee to proactively approach visitors and lead them to you in a charming manner? Then this would be the right position for you. Promoters have an open manner and find it easy to approach other people and encourage them to join in.

Team leader: Similar to the head hostess, the team leader supports you in all tasks related to your doctorate.

Explainer: If you offer a product or service that requires explanation, you should rely on the expertise and talent of our explainers to explain complex interrelationships. They often (depending on availability) already have an increased interest in your subject area or are familiarizing themselves with it. In any case, we recommend training to deepen your knowledge.

Service staff: Do you want to cater for your customers and visitors and need support? Our service staff will ensure that your catering area looks tidy. They clear away empty glasses or serve them freshly filled.

Walking act: Would you like as many selfies as possible showing your brand? Do you want the attention of young and old, young and old alike? Then you should book our walking acts.

Chauffeur: Our chauffeurs will pick up your guests in style or bring them back after your event. And at the very highest level. Our chauffeurs are absolute professionals and are used to dealing with top-class stars. They are always discreet in the background and see and hear nothing but the traffic.

Set-up helpers: Do you simply need a helper to lend a hand? Then our set-up assistants are the right people for you. They support your technicians or fitters at work, hand out tools, move materials and do everything that needs to be done during set-up or dismantling.

Trade fair fitters: It’s time to get down to business. Do you need expert support, for example to strengthen your existing team during a trade fair set-up or dismantling? Then you should book one of our fitters. On request and by arrangement, they can bring their own tools and of course experience and motivation to the construction site.

Technicians: When it comes to cabling your installations, one of our technicians may be needed. We have technicians for every area, from audio and video to lighting and stage construction. Feel free to ask us.

Runners: Are you in a foreign city and need local support, for example for quick errands or small errands? The speaker needs a new shirt quickly or the fitters are running out of screws? Our runners will be happy to take care of it for you. Even if the name says otherwise, we can also provide you with a vehicle on site if required.
