Customer loyalty program with Ferrari to Italy
An exclusive trip to Italy. With Ferrari. in summer. That was the assignment. For the second time, höchstmass received the task of organising an incentive trip from Autohaus Ulrich in Frankfurt. This time, however, it was to be five days instead of one. As with the 2016 spring trip, it was to be a trip among like-minded people. Lovers and enthusiasts of the famous brand were retrospectively given a unique heritage experience. For a change, however, through the beautiful country of Italy.
What our task was
We accompanied and advised the exclusive client on his project from the conception to the implementation. Due to the close cooperation, we succeeded in creating a very personal highlight for every single participant of the rally. A perfect combination of challenging picturesque mountain roads in the Ötztal valley, historical old town feeling in Florence and the exploration of the myth of Ferrari in Modena. The trip also had a lot to offer from a culinary point of view, because every day we managed to amaze the participants with unique restaurants.
The result leaves nothing to be desired
We have exceeded the wishes of the customer. Because not only the classic customer loyalty campaign has been successful. New customer groups have also been activated and new, sustainable relationships have developed. All in all a perfectly coordinated, emotional project for all participants of the incentive trip with Ferrari to Italy.
