André brings a strong academic and practical background in finance and real estate economics. After completing his B.A. in Insurance & Finance and an M.Sc. in Real Estate at IREBS, he gained experience in consulting at BCON and in portfolio management at Source For Alpha. Since 2025, he has been responsible as Finance Manager for the finances of höchstmass staff GmbH and Barker Solutions GmbH — bringing analytical rigour and process-driven thinking to a dynamic group of companies.
