Launch Event Maserati Levante
Shortly after the world premiere at the Geneva Motor Show 2016, we, höchstmass GmbH, were given the task of presenting the new SUV at five locations in Germany and Austria. As the leading agency we realized the most important launch event in history for the new Maserati Levante in five major cities in Germany and Austria. Within a very short period of time, suitable event locations were evaluated in the metropoles of Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Essen, Stuttgart and Vienna, where the vehicles, but also the expected high number of visitors, could be accommodated.
Concept successfully implemented
In each of the five event locations, we have created an unique brand experience. Three coordinated room concepts took several thousand invited guests step by step into the world of Maserati. The long awaited car was impressively unveiled to the astonished audience. We were not only responsible for the dramaturgy and implementation of the launch event for the Maserati Levante. We also supervised all related services such as technics, catering and logistics. The hand-picked brand ambassadors welcomed the guests and answered even the most difficult questions from interested parties in a friendly and competent manner. On these evenings, numerous new members were welcomed into a constantly growing family of Italophile automobile enthusiasts.

The respective experts in their field support us as lead agency in all matters to ensure a perfect new presentation for the customer. The Tristan Catering team, for example, provided the up to 1300 visitors per evening at all five locations with top-quality catering. The technical professionals from Audiluma Veranstaltungstechnik brought the halls to life together with Stereobild. Emotionalizing teasers were shown on an eight meter wide and four meter high screen. Live musicians accompanied the images with a suitable musical backdrop until the screen finally revealed the view of the eagerly awaited vehicle.
Evaluation of the success
In addition to a lasting and unique experience of the new presentation, other specifications of the customer Maserati Germany played an important role. The contacts generated were qualified by the trained brand ambassadors and prepared for the internal brand CRM system. By entering the data, follow-up processes were initiated directly. This ensures that a well-founded and timely follow-up by the local dealers can take place. The detailed lead tracking made it possible to document exactly the increase in sales following the series of events.
