höchstmass provides trade fair hostesses and specialist trainers for several clients at once.

After the years 2015 and 2017, we as agency höchstmass are allowed to support customers with their brand and product presentation at the 68th IAA Cars 2019 in Frankfurt for the third time in a row, with expert trade fair personnel. In addition to traditional trade fair hostesses and hosts, the fields of activity also include specialist explainers, promoters and stand guides. They guided visitors to the stand in small groups through the exhibition and charmingly moderated the tour for the numerous visitors.

Joint stand in the outdoor area

Between Halls 9 and 11, our team of specialist explainers and promoters were on duty for the joint stand of the caravaning-info.de platform and the two-wheeler manufacturer Peugeot Motocycles. The cooperation between the two brands was initiated by us in the run-up to the trade fair. The IAA provided the ideal platform to test cooperation for further joint projects. From the press days onwards, the team at the stand ensured that visitors to the trade fair were provided with all the information they needed on the subject of caravanning and looked after the two Peugeot Motocycles vehicles on display. The presentation of the scooters also gave a good impression of how easily they can be loaded and transported in a camping vehicle and how the themes of the two brands can be profitably communicated to customers.

Biggest team at the trade fair: Festhalle and Forum

In both the Forum and Festhalle halls, one of the largest teams at the trade fair was provided by höchstmass. Numerous positions had to be filled at the stand on behalf of the customer. This extended from the “Agora” outdoor area across the forecourt of the Forum to four floors and mezzanines in the Festhalle. Around 120 trade fair hostesses and hosts ensured a smooth flow of visitors, a warm welcome in the entrance area, information at the counters and comprehensive instruction at the numerous interactive experience stations. In addition, 10 guides were on hand to lead small groups through a special part of the exhibition. The entire team was intensively trained by the customer in advance and optimally prepared for the demands of the intensive period. Thanks to the motivated commitment of each individual, we were able to make our contribution to a successful trade fair.
